Product Description
Calcium Malate (Food Grade): its molecular formular is C4H4CaO5.2H2O, and molecular weight is 208.20. It occurs as white or light yellow drops or powder.

Sodium Malate (Food Grade): Its molecular formula is C4H4Na2O5•H2O and molecular weight is 196.06. It is white, crystalline powder, no smell, and slightly efflorescent, air slaking, hydration-loss when heated to 130℃, freely soluble in water.

Magnesium Lactate (Food Grade): it is smelless white powder or crystal powder and can be easily dissolved in hot water. Its molecular formular is C6H10MgO6 and the molecular weight is 256.44.

Ferrous Fumarate (Food Grade): it is orange or brown powder, which can be lightly dissolved in water and ethanol. Its molecular formular is C4H2FeO4 and molecular weight is 169.89.

Application
Calcium Malate application: it is used for calcium cardiac stimulant in the fields of food industry.

Sodium Malate application: as mineral supplements, it is widely applied in food and beverage industry.

Magnesium Lactate application: it is widely used in food, beverage, dairy products, flour table salt, nutritive liguid and medicine, etc.
